I am wanting to get photographs inside of National Lock as my family members worked there and so did I many years ago. I am a professional photographer who wants to document via photos the different aspects of the factory industry as it used to be.

I am open to other locations as well but if anyone can tell me who to possibly contact to get inside this building I would appreciate it. The dirtier/dustier the better as I really hope to capture what once was.

Basically, I am a HUGE history buff. Recently I have been drawn to the 1930's Depression Era. (I dont think its because of our current bad economy.) What I would love to do is hear and record verbal histories of the generation that has lived through the 1930's Depression. My mother bought a dog from Petland and it was very sick right away. The neighboring vet said it was Ok, but gave it medicine. A couple of hundred dollars, three vet visits and two weeks later, it is our problem not the pet store !!

My wife filled my 2006 dodge grand caravan with ten dollars worth of fuel on june 25 at the kelley williamson mobil on state across from linos.
